Warranty & Return policy
With your purchase of lep batteries, ROYCE ENERGY® guarantees that you will receive a factory warranty spanning 5~10 years. The warranty period is determined by starting each case from the date of the original consumer purchaser's receipt.
The sales receipt from the original consumer purchase or other appropriate documentation proof will be used to determine the start date of the warranty period. Please keep the receipt and any relevant supporting documentation in a safe and proper place.
This warranty only covers the original consumer purchaser; subsequent owners are not eligible for a transfer.
This warranty statement outlines ROYCE ENERGY®'s whole responsibility and only warranty obligation. ROYCE ENERGY® disclaims all further liability in connection with the sale of its products, and we won't allow anyone else to act in our place.
Disclaimer & Exclusions
This guarantee covers design, component, and manufacturing faults under normal consumer use. Damages not covered under the guarantee due to:
taking off the product's seal or opening the device without permission
Transportation-related or unintentional damage
abuse, misuse, incorrect application, or incorrect operation
ignoring the user handbook, operating instructions, and maintenance requirements
Unauthorized replacements, modifications, or repairs
There is not enough airflow on the device.
disdain for the pertinent safety regulations
Primary Force (such as lightning, excessive voltage, storm, or fire)
acquired through a distributor, an illegal reseller, or an internet auction site.

ROYCE offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.
This only applies to goods purchased directly from ROYCE. For any other purchases, please follow the return guidelines provided by the distributor or merchant you purchased from and get in contact with them directly.
Terms of Return and Refund
In compliance with the 30-day return policy, please ensure that the following Return & Refund Conditions are met before returning your goods.
(1) The product bearing the ROYCE name was purchased directly from ROYCE ENERGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. Products that are specially branded or tailored to match your needs are NOT eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Products purchased from distributors or retailers other than the manufacturer are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
(2) Contact ROYCE to initiate the return process no later than thirty days from the initial shipment date.
(3) The product is returned in its whole, original packaging.
(4) Ensure that the return is accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
The conditions of the warranty
In the event that a device experiences a malfunction during the specified factory warranty period, ROYCE ENERGY® will, at its option, either fix the equipment or, if that proves to be impracticable or unreasonable, replace it with an equivalent model and age.
After being mended or replaced, a product is covered by the original warranty for as long as it lasts, or for at least thirty (30) days following the date of replacement or repair, whichever gives you longer protection.
This guarantee does not cover surface or cosmetic faults such as dents, marks, or scratches that do not affect the device's ability to work as intended, especially for warranty replacement devices.
The aforementioned remedies take precedence over any other written or verbal guarantees, conditions, or implied terms. ROYCE ENERGY® hereby expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If ROYCE ENERGY® is not legally able to disclaim any implied warranties under this limited warranty, then all implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in length to the duration of this warranty.
This guarantee may not be modified, expanded, or extended in any manner by any ROYCE ENERGY® employee, agent, or reseller. Under no circumstances will ROYCE ENERGY® be held responsible for any direct, special, consequential, or accidental damages, including damage to other devices, resulting from the use or malfunction of a product or from a breach of warranty. Regardless matter whether the claim is based on a contract, warranty, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or any other basis of responsibility, ROYCE's obligation will never be greater than the amount you paid for the ROYCE goods.
Unless ROYCE ENERGY® is found legally accountable, the factory warranty does not cover claims for payment for direct or indirect damages, losses caused by the defective goods, or claims for lost profits. These types of claims are outside the purview of the rights specified in the warranty condition. This has no bearing on potential claims under the product responsibility statute.
How do I return an item and deal with a warranty claim or 30-day money-back guarantee?
To return an item, you will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
ROYCE ENERGY® will not accept returns without an RMA number and prior authorization. Please contact us by phone or email if you require assistance, and request an RMA form. You also have to pay the shipping costs for mailing the item to ROYCE ENERGY® and the payment transaction fee (about 5%) if there are no circumstances requiring the 30-day money-back guarantee's product warranty. We will finish the reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Process for Returning Items
If you purchased your goods from a distributor or store, follow their return policies and ask for assistance from them. They would assist you directly and be aware of your predicament.

For assistance and support, please contact ROYCE ENERGY® directly. It is possible to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. All returns must be processed with an RMA number.
Write the RMA number on the outside shipping label of the box.
The return postage label of any package being delivered back to ROYCE ENERGY® needs to clearly display the RMA number.
Don't write the RMA number on the actual box. Our warehouse might not be able to accept the product if the return shipping label does not have an RMA number on it.
Please be advised that we will impose the freight cost and transaction fee (about 5%) in the following scenarios:
(1) After the product is delivered, the consumer cancels their order.
(2) Not circumstances pertaining to warranties on products.
(3) The buyer refuses the items delivery package without a valid reason.
(4) Customer problems (wrong address, wrong delivery information, unreachable by phone, etc.) impede the correct delivery of logistics.
